摘　　要：成人院校能力建设就是增强成人院校整体自我办学实力,高质量完成学历教育、非学历继续教育等人才培养目标,全面提升成人院校服务地方经济与社会发展的能力建设。探讨社会转型期我国成人院校能力建设的基本内涵,成人院校变革发展的必然诉求,成人院校转型发展的方向与定位,提出成人院校能力建设的基本策略。The capability construction of continuing education colleges means enhancing the whole strength of running school by themselves,achieving diploma education,non-degree continuing education and other talents cultivation goals with high quality,overall promoting the capability construction of serving the local economy and social development.This paper discussed the basic connotation of capability construction of continuing education colleges in China during the period of social transformation,inevitable demand of reform and development,as well as the direction and orientation of their transformation and development,which put forward the basic strategy of capability construction of continuing education colleges.
