“隔药灸脐法”对乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究"隔药灸脐法"对乳腺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响,探讨其提高乳腺癌术后患者免疫力的临床价值。方法将60例乳腺癌术后患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予CAF方案化疗,治疗组在化疗同时给予"隔药灸脐法"治疗,21 d为1个治疗周期,疗程为6个周期。观察两组患者免疫功能指标的变化。结果两组患者治疗前各指标评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率为80%,对照组为43%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。治疗组在治疗后的T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)和免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgG)数值明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论隔药灸脐法能有效的提高乳腺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能。Objective To study the impacts on immune function in breast cancer patients after post- operative chemotherapy in the treatment of medicine - isolated moxibustion on the umbilicus and explore its clinical value on the immunity improvement in breast cancer patients after operation. Methods Sixty breast cancer patients after operation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one. CAF chemotherapy was applied for the patients in the two groups. In the treatment, at the same time of chemotherapy,the medicine - isolated moxibustion on the umbilicus was supplemented. One treatment cycle was 21 days. The duration of treatment was 6 cycles. The indexes of immunity were observed in the patients of two groups. Results The differences in the index evaluation were not significant before and after treatment in the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The total effective rate was 80% in the treatment group and was 43% in the con- trol group. The result in the treatment was apparently better than that in the control group. In the treatment group, the values of T cell subgroups （ CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 ） and immunoglobulin （ IgA, IgM, IgG） after treat- ment were higher apparently than those in the control group, presenting the statistically significant difference in comparison of the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The medicine - isolated moxibustion improves ef- fectively the immune function in breast cancer patients after postoperative chemotherapy.
