摘 要:目的前瞻性观察急性期卒中病例胃肠功能紊乱的发生情况,以及其相关危险因素,为防治卒中急性期发生胃肠功能紊乱提供依据。方法收集2008年1月~2012年6月住院的急性期卒中患者,分析卒中急性期胃肠功能紊乱发生情况以及发生的相关危险因素。结果共收集卒中急性期病例1582例,符合研究入组病例736例。其中胃肠功能紊乱发生率65%,与卒中急性期胃肠功能紊乱发生的危险因素(出血性卒中、小脑、脑干和丘脑卒中、卒中后神经功能缺损程度以及卒中急性期血糖水平)有关。结论卒中急性期存在一定的胃肠功能紊乱发生率,相关危险因素包括出血性卒中,丘脑、小脑、脑干卒中,卒中后血糖升高以及卒中后严重神经功能缺损。Objective To observe prospectively the occurrence of gastrointestinal dysfunction(GID) in acute stroke and the relevant risk factors so as to provide the evidences for the prevention and treatment of acute gastrointestinal dysfunction in stroke. Methods The admitted cases of acute stroke were collected from January 2008 to June 2012 in the hospital. The occurrence and the relevant risk factors of GID at the acute stroke were analyzed. Results One thousand five hundred and eighty - two cases of acute stroke were totally collected ,of which ,736 cases that were in compliance with the enrolhnent standard. The incidence of GID in the research group was 65%. The relevant risk factors of GtD in acute stroke included hemorrhagic stroke, stroke in cerebellum,brainstem and thalamus, severity of post - stroke nerve function defect and blood glucose level in acute stage. Conclusion GID happens in acute stroke to a certain extent. The relevant risk factors include hemorrhagic stroke, stroke in cerebellum, brainstem and thalamus, post -stroke blood glucose in- crease and serious post - stroke nerve function defect.
