子宫内膜癌中Ezrin蛋白、CD44-v6的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨Ezrin蛋白、CD44-v6的表达对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法和病例回顾调查,检测70例子宫内膜癌患者组织标本及癌旁正常组织标本中Ezrin蛋白和CD44-V6的表达情况,结合临床相关因素进行统计学分析。结果:70例子宫内膜癌旁正常上皮中Ezrin蛋白表达阳性32例(45.7%),CD44-v6的表达阳性18例(25.7%),而在70例子宫内膜癌组织中Ezrin蛋白表达阳性64例(91.4%),CD44-v6的表达阳性51例(72.9%),有淋巴转移患者的Ezrin蛋白、CD44-v6阳性率高于无淋巴转移患者(P<0.05)。随肿瘤分化程度的降低,CD44的表达阳性率逐渐增加。Ezrin蛋白与CD44-v6同时表达47例患者中淋巴结转移率高达68.1%(32例),而Ezrin蛋白与CD44-v6同时不表达的6例患者中均无淋巴结转移。结论:利用免疫组化检测Ezrin蛋白、CD44-v6的表达有助于综合判断子宫内膜癌的恶性程度和转移潜能。Ezrin蛋白和CD44-v6联合应用有望成为判断预后的新指标。Objective：To study the value of the expressions of Ezrin Protein and CD44-v6 in diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.Methods：The expressions of Ezrin Protein and CD44-v6 in 70 cases including the normal endometrial epithelium beside the carcinoma and endometrial carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry（SP method） and case of a particular disease review.Statistics analysis was performed with the clinical correlation factors.Results：Thirty two cases were positive in the expression of Ezrin Protein accounting 45.7% and 18 cases were positive in the expression of CD44-v6 accounting 25.7% in 70 cases of the normal endometrial epithelium beside the carcinoma.Sixty-four cases were positive in the expression of Ezrin Protein accounting 91.4% and 51 cases were positive in the expression of CD44-v6 accounting 72.9% in 70 cases of the endometrial carcinoma.The positive ratio of the expression of Ezrin Protein and CD44-v6 was obviously higher in the group of lymphatic metastasis than that in the group of no lymphatic metastasis（P＆lt;0.05）.The positive ratio of the CD44-v6 expression increased gradually with tumor differentiated degree degrading.The ratio of lymphatic metastasis was 68.1% in 47cases that both the expression of Ezrin Protein and that of CD44-v6 were positive.There was no lymphatic metastasis in 6 cases that no expression in Ezrin Protein and CD44-v6.Conclusion：To utilize the immunohistochemistry technology detecting the expression of Ezrin Protein and CD44-v6 in association is helpful to judge malignancy degree and metastasis potentiality of endometrial carcinoma in synthesis.Application of Ezrin Protein and CD44-v6 in association is hoped to be a new index to judge prognosis.
