摘  要:车用润滑油液的黏度指标是油液监测中的一项关键参数,为判断油品的使用性能提供重要参考信息。国内外现有的黏度测定方法较多,文章主要考察了常用的运动黏度测定方法,从方法的一致性、差异性和局限性方面就这些方法对车用润滑油液黏度监测的适应性做以研究。毛细管黏度计法作为目前应用最为广泛的运动黏度测试方法,仅适用于牛顿流体。从文章所选取的车用润滑油液样品的流变性能测试结果分析,试样均呈现出了一种近似牛顿流体的行为,因此文章所列的黏度测试方法均适用于这类试样的黏度测试。The viscosity index of automobile lubricating oil is the key parameter in oil monitoring, which is used to provide important reference information for the diagnosis of oil performance. There are many viscosity test methods at home and a-board. This paper mainly discusses the current commonly used test methods of kinematic viscosity and studies the adapta- bility of these methods from the consistency, differences and limitations. The capillary viscometer method is the most wide- ly used test method of kinematic viscosity. However, it is only applicable to Newtonian fluid. By the rheological properties analysis of specimens of automobile lubricating oil, it shows that these specimens all behave as approximate Newtonian flu-id. So these methods listed in this paper are suitable for the viscosity measurement of this kind of sample.
