摘  要:大学新生是一个特殊的群体,由于大学与中学在培养要求上存在十分明显的差异,大学新生在入学后经常出现适应不良的现象。心理行为训练摆脱了以往说教式的模式,以活动的方式为主,符合大学生的心理发展特点。研究发现,对于大学新生开展心理行为训练能有效地解决新生的入学适应问题,提高团体凝聚力,提升人际交往能力。心理行为训练已成为高校心理健康教育的一种新途径。College freshman is a very special group for they always have different kinds of maladjusted symp- toms caused by the cultivated requirements' differ- ences between college and high school. Psychological behavior training have got rid of the old pattern of teach- ing and learning. It uses activities as basic teaching method, thus in accordance with the college students' trait of mental development. Many previous research have found that, Psychological behavior training for col- lege freshman can effectively solve their adapted prob- lems when they first come to school, enhance group co- hesion, develop the ability of interpersonal interaction. Therefore, Psychological behavior training has become a new way for mental health education in college.
