摘 要:针对全球卫星通信星座的测控问题,提出了利用静止轨道卫星作为天基测控网对低轨全球通信星座卫星进行测控的方案,在GEO轨道布置3颗地球静止轨道卫星,建立GEO轨道卫星与LEO星座卫星之间的星间链路来传输测控信息,再将这些信息转发至相应的地面测控站,分析了测控链路的传输指标,评估了星间测控链路的双向传输性能,最后通过仿真分析验证了采用3颗静止轨道卫星组成的天基测控网能够大幅拓展单纯依靠传统陆基测控网的测控可见弧段,其24h测控弧段覆盖率是后者的8倍,总测控时间比后者提升大约10倍。A novel telemetry, control and ranging (TC&R) scheme was proposed, adopting space-based GEO satellites' inter-satellite-link(ISL). A space-based TC&R network was established by launching 3 GEO satellites, transmitting and receiving various signals through ISL between LEO and GEO satellites, and retransmitting signals to the ground facilities. The link performance, forward and return link budget capability, and the coverage area analysis were studied. The simulation results show that the GEO space-based TC&R beam, formed by 3 GEO satellites, is capable of creating a much wider coverage area than the ordinary terrestrial-based one, which remarkably extends the TC&R coverage area by 8 times during a 24-hour computing period, and the total TC&R mission performing time is almost 10 times in comparison with the ordinary scheme.
