摘　　要：针对地震部门的主要从事科研工作的特点,该文提出并构建了基于WEB的课题管理系统,同时从开发环境、系统架构及功能模块设计等方面详细介绍了系统的技术实现。该系统提供了对项目课题方便高效的管理方式,对项目课题较多的单位或部门的课题管理工作将起到积极的促进作用。Characteristics of the earthquake department mainly engaged in research work,and build a web-based Project Manage ment System,from the development environment,the system architecture and function module design details of the technical imple mentation of the system.The system provides a convenient and efficient management of the project topic,the topic of the project more units or departments Project management will play a positive role in promoting.
