摘  要:目的观察hsa-miRNA-133a在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达变化,探讨其与食管鳞状细胞癌临床病理参数的关系。方法采用miRNA流体芯片技术和Real-time PCR法检测食管鳞状细胞癌及癌旁组织中的hsa-miR-NA-133a,分析hsa-miRNA-133a的表达与食管鳞状细胞癌临床病理参数的关系。结果 hsa-miRNA-133a在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05),低分化者肿瘤组织中hsa-miRNA-133a的表达低于中高分化者,肿瘤浸润至肌层、外膜者肿瘤组织中hsa-miRNA-133a的表达低于肿瘤位于黏膜内者(P均<0.05);hsa-miRNA-133a在不同肿瘤直径及有无淋巴结转移者中的表达差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 hsa-miRNA-133a在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中呈低表达,可能与食管鳞状细胞癌的发生发展有关。Objective To detect the expression of hsa-miRNA-133a in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and to investigate its correlation with clinicopathological parameters.Method miRNA microfluidic chip technology and Real-time PCR were used to detect the expression of hsa-miRNA-133a in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and the correlation between the expression of hsa-miRNA-133a and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed.Results The expression of hsa-miRNA-133a was significantly lower in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma compared to adjacent tissue,with statistically significant difference(P 0.05).Low expression levels of hsa-miRNA-133a were associated with cancer invasion and tumor differentiation(P 0.05),but not associated with tumor size and lymph node metastasis(all P 0.05).Conclusion Hsa-miRNA-133a shows low expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,which may be associated with the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
