摘  要:采用液体深层培养法培养趋磁细菌AMB-1,考察装瓶量、铁源种类及浓度、碳源种类及浓度、氮源种类及浓度、混合碳源比例共8个因素对AMB-1生长和产磁能力的影响.研究结果表明:AMB-1能够稳定生长并合成磁小体,但是碳源种类及氮源种类对AMB-1的生长影响较为明显;除琥珀酸外,AMB-1无法利用酒石酸、乙酸钠和柠檬酸作为单一碳源,而硝酸钠为最佳氮源.AMB-1 was cultured by submerged liquid cultivation.Different parameters including bottling amount,iron source and concentration,carbon source and concentration,nitrogen source and concentration and the proportion of mixed carbon source were investigated on the effects of AMB-1 growth and magnetism generation capacity.Results indicated that AMB-1 could grow steadily and synthesize magnetosomes under all parameters,but carbon source and nitrogen source both had great influence on AMB-1 growth.AMB-1 couldn′t use tartaric acid,sodium acetate and citric acid as single carbon source except succinic acid,and NaNO3 was the optimal nitrogen source.These results provided referencable data for application and dissemination of magnetosomes production by AMB-1 under common experimental conditions.
