摘　　要：项目群管理模式由于具有更完善的系统性、全局性优点,成为项目管理模式的发展趋势之一。同一地区或同一港区、同期开展、密切关联的水运工程设计项目也可以实施项目群管理模式。在某港区起步工程中,采用项目群管理模式,强化项目群协调人职能,充分发挥全员合力,进行了有益探索与实践,起到良好效果。具有良好组织基础、一组密切管理的项目更适宜采用项目群管理模式,在注重过程控制的基础上,扬长避短,就能不断提高项目管理水平。Cluster programme management,which is advanced in systematization and global superiority,has been a trend of development of project management.Cluster programme management can also be used in projects of port and waterway designs,in which the works are carried out in the same time and are associated closely,and the buildings are in the same area or port.In the design of preliminary project of some port,beneficial explorations and practices were taken and a good result was achieved because of the adoption of cluster programme management,where the function of a coordinator was strengthened and the composite force of whole staff was fully forming.It will be more appropriate to use this model in the management of projects with good organization foundations and close relationships.On the base of paying more attention to process control,taking chances and overcoming weaknesses,the management of a project will be improved continually.
