摘 要:随着社会的发展、教育的不断深入,大学生入学选专业、毕业求职中,越来越多的注重兴趣爱好,高校在学生的教育管理中融入了更多职业生涯规划的内容,用人单位在选录人员的时候将人职匹配作为一项很重要的指标。那么,对于职业兴趣的测验无疑显得越来越重要。职业兴趣探索卡是进行职业兴趣测评的一个有效工具,它介于正式测评和非正式测评之间,通过一组卡片探索受测者的职业兴趣。本研究通过问卷调查,产生了职业熟悉度最高的200个职业;通过访谈、组织专家讨论等方式确定最终的60个职业;通过个体施测、团体施测、统计分析,最终形成包含3张标示卡、7张说明卡、60张职业卡和5张空白卡的职业兴趣探索卡(大学本科版)。Nowadays, college students focus on interests in choices for majors and applications for employment; employers focus on human-job matching in recruiting personnel. So, it's vital to do vocational interest tests based on vocational-interest-exploration cards. Vocational-interest-exploration-card is an effective tool to have vocational interest tests. That method of test is between formal test and informal test. It explores testees' vocational interest through a set of cards. The study comes out the 200 most familiar vocations via questionnaire. Besides, through interviews, discussion among experts and so on, the study finally confirms 60 vocations. Through individual tests, group tests and statistical analysis, the study finally forms a set of vocational-interest-exploration-card (undergraduate version), including 3 designation cards, 7 instruction cards, 60 vocation cards and 5 blank cards.
