摘　　要：本文从人力资本视角对农民工培训问题进行了研究,着力研究如何提升农民工人力资本问题及对我国经济和社会发展具有的意义。This paper studies the training of rural migrant workers from the perspective of human capital. The main purpose is to study how to improve human capital of rural migrant workers and its significance for China＇s economy and social development.
