摘　　要：当前,我国流动人口犯罪呈现上升趋势,防控难度大,急需与信息时代特点相适应的防控手段。基于流动人口信息管理的时代特征和新型信息化控制流动人口犯罪手段不断出现,构建流动人口犯罪信息化防控模式,针对流动人口犯罪信息化防控的要素、流程和节点,努力实现基础信息精细化、信息研判常态化、信息应用多样化、阵地控制严密化为主要内容的网上作战方法,防控流动人口犯罪。At present,the floating population crime in China showed a rising trend,prevention and control turns difficult,the control means updating to adapt the information age in in urgent need.Since the times characteristics of information management of the floating population highlights and new information control of floating population crimes continue emerge,this paper points out the floating population crime prevention and control elements,gives the following opinions： information control mode of floating population crime should be made,the online methods of warfare should be made in which the basic information should be meticulous,the information application should be in normalization and diversification,the position control should be rigorous,and in this way would the floating population crime be in prevention and control.
