摘　　要：作为金融创新领域的新生事物,金融衍生工具在迅速发展的同时也隐藏着一系列的风险,必须对其加强监管。对金融衍生工具市场的有效监管离不开健全完善的监管法律体系和科学有效的金融监管体制。目前我国金融衍生工具市场还很不成熟,尚缺乏完善的监管法律体系和有效的监管体制,当务之急是从这两个主要方面入手来加强对我国金融衍生工具市场的法律监管。As new things in the field of financial innovation,financial derivatives are developing rapidly,there exist a series of risk at the same time,we should strengthen supervision of financial derivatives.Effective supervision of financial derivatives needs perfect legal system and scientific supervision system.At present,China＇s financial market is not mature,there are still lack of perfect legal system and scientific supervision system,legal supervision to financial derivatives market must be strengthened from the above two aspects.
