摘  要:为确定多工位镗孔精度误差原因,分析了工件加工工艺和多工位镗孔加工误差及特征,研究了产生椭圆孔的故障系统,并用多功能转子检测仪测得系统振动信号,进行频谱分析,找出了镗孔故障原因.实践证明,振动检测法为多工位镗孔精度误差诊断提供数据支持,准确性可达90%以上.In order to determine the multistation boring error in accuracy, the workpiece machining process is analyzed to find out the boring errors and their features. The fault system of elliptic holes is studied by spectrum analysis and by a multi-functional rotor detector which can measure the vibration signals of the system. The reasons for failure are found out. Through the practice, the vibration detecting method is used to diagnose the multistation boring errors and the accuracy can reach higher than 90%.
