大型公共建筑可持续性评价指标体系及指标权重研究

摘　　要：可持续建筑是建筑未来发展的必然趋势.针对我国大型公共建筑的特点,通过对国内外建筑可持续性评价体系的研究,建立了针对我国国情的大型公共建筑可持续性评价指标体系,提出了基于统筹熵权法的评价指标权重确定方法,对大型公共建筑的可持续性评价进行了积极探索.为建立科学合理的大型公共建筑可持续性评价指标体系和大型公共建筑的可持续性评价提供了参考依据.Sustainable buildings will be an inevitable trend of buildings in the tuture. In the light ot the characteristics of large public buildings in China, through the research about domestic and international building sustainability assessment system,the indicator system of sustainability assessment of large public buildings is established according to China＇s home conditions. The method determining the weights of assessment indicators based on the comprehensive entropy weight method was put forward. It has been actively explored. In this study,a theoretical foundation is laid for establishing a scientific and rational indicator system of sustainability assessment.
