摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对"TGFU"教学法及其运用进行概述,针对现阶段高中排球教学中存在的问题,在此基础上详细阐述了"TGFU"教学法在排球教学中的运用以及对排球教学的作用,得出理解式球类教学法适合在高中排球教学中应用。The paper, with the methods of literature and logical analysis, overviews on the application of＂TGFU＂, and the problems in the teaching of high school volleyball at this stage, on this basis, elaborates on the ＂TGFU＂ method in volleyball teaching, and draws the conclusion that Understanding pedagogy is suitable for application in the teaching of high school volleyball.
