摘 要:以纽荷尔脐橙果皮光泽型突变体(突变体)、普通纽荷尔脐橙(对照)及打蜡纽荷尔脐橙(打蜡)为试材,通过对它们贮藏期间的果实品质和生理指标变化趋势进行比较,探讨了突变体脐橙的贮藏特性。结果表明:在整个贮藏过程中,前期突变体脐橙腐烂率低于对照,比较耐贮藏,但后期腐烂较快,且果实失重率和MDA含量一直高于对照和打蜡脐橙,SOD和POD活性变化趋势基本一致,果实可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、可溶性总糖、Vc含量普遍高于对照和打蜡脐橙,说明突变体脐橙果实贮藏品质相对优于对照和打蜡脐橙。In order to investigate the storage characteristics of the glossy mutant of"Newhall"navel orange,wild-type"Newhall"navel orange,its glossy mutant and waxed navel orange were used to compare the quality and physiological change of fruit during storage.The results showed that the rotting rate of the glossy mutant of"Newhall"was lower than that of wild-type"Newhall"and waxed navel orange at the former storage,but it rotted faster after 100 days'storage.The weight loss rate,total soluble solids(TSS),titratable acidity(TA),total sugar,Vc and MDA contents of the glossy mutant of"Newhall"navel orange were higher than those of wild-type"Newhall"navel orange and the waxed navel orange during storage.It's SOD and POD activities had the same trend,which suggested the storage quality of the mutant was better than that of the wild-type"Newhall"and waxed navel orange.
