摘　　要：目的:评价维他灵(Vitallium 2000)应力中断支架式义齿用于游离端缺失的临床修复效果,为游离端缺失义齿修复时的优化设计提供指导。方法:选择符合纳入标准的游离端缺失、拟作可摘局部义齿修复的患者60例,随机分为两组。实验组30例采用Vitallium 2000应力中断支架式义齿修复,对照组30例采用钴铬合金整体刚性铸造支架式义齿修复。通过比较两组患者的满意度,评估Vitallium 2000应力中断设计支架式义齿的临床修复效果。结果:Vitallium 2000应力中断设计支架式义齿与钴铬合金刚性支架式义齿相比较,患者在美观性、舒适度和语音功能等方面的满意度较高(P<0.05),在咀嚼和固位功能方面满意度也较高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Vitallium 2000应力中断支架式义齿用于游离端缺失修复可获得较好的临床修复效果,远期效果及对基牙和支持组织的影响有待于进一步随访观察。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of split Vitallium 2000 frame removable partial dentures （RPD） for distal-extention absence, and provide evidence for the optimal design in clinical. Methods 60 cases of distal-extention absence designed by RPD were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in every group.The experimental group used split Vitallium 2000 frame removable partial dentures and the control group used overall Co-Cr rigid frame partial dentures. Compare the differences of patients＂ satisfaction between the two groups. Results The split Vitallium 2000 frame removable partial dentures were better than overall Co-Cr rigid frame partial dentures in the aspect of the satisfaction of beautiful,comfortable and language （P〈0.05）.The satisfaction of chewing and retention had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The split Vitallium 2000 frame removable partial dentures had better clinical effect for distal-extention absence. But its long-term effect and status of abutment and supporting tissue need further follow-up observation.
