CBCT 3D测量在牙槽突裂手术前后鼻外形评价中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究CBCT 3D测量在牙槽突裂术后鼻外形测量的精确性。方法:选择单侧牙槽突裂患者作为研究对象,在术前及术后6个月行CBCT检查。利用CBCT自带的Ez3D2009软件测量患者鼻外形有关数据,并同人体学直接测量结果对比分析。结果:CBCT 3D测量结果与人体学直接测量结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:CBCT 3D测量使用简单、灵活,用于牙槽突裂手术前后鼻外形测量结果可靠,值得推广使用。Objective To discuss the accuracy of CBCT 3-dimensional measurement of nasal contour before and after alveolar bone grafting in patients with unilateral alveolar cleft. Methods Patients with unilateral alveolar cleft were scanned with CBCT before operation and 6 month later,3-dimensional measurement with Ez3D2009 software and anthropological measurement also were carried out on the nose at the same time.All the data collected by two methods were compared and statistically analyzed. Results No significant differences were observed between two methods. Conclusion CBCT 3-dimensional measurement is reliable and easy to use.It can be used in nasal contour measurement for patients with unilateral alveolar before and after bone grafting operation.
