摘 要:目的探讨不同处理方法对人工牙与基托塑料结合部界面强度的影响。方法制作20个试件蜡型,并随机分成4组,每组5个,埋盒。在人工牙与基托塑料结合部进行4种不同处理,填胶,制成塑料试件,并以V=2mm/min的速度在切端加载,测试断裂时最大力。采用DunnettT3检验对结果进行统计学分析。结果①20个试件均未出现人工牙与塑料脱落情况,全部为人工牙及塑料折断。②不同的处理方法对人工牙与塑料结合强度的影响具有差异。结论传统的热力压榨填塞塑料技术如果严格按照要求制作,人工牙脱落的情况极小。Objective To evaluate the effect of four different surface treatments on the bonding strength between artificial tooth and denture base resin. Methods Twenty (n = 5) artificial tooth-denture base resin specimens were made for four experimental groups. The artificial teeth in each group were assigned different surface treatments. The bonding strength values were measured by compressing test in a universal testing machine with a cross-head speed of 2 ram/ rain. DunnettT3 was used to analyze data. Results All of the 20 specimens were broken off in the artificial tooth or in the resin. None failed in the interface. The 4 groups provided different values of bonding strength between artificial tooth and denture base resin. Conclusion The probability of the artificial tooth separated from the denture base is very rare if the traditional processing methods are strictly followed.
