高校多校区财务管理实践与思考

摘　　要：随着高校规模的扩大,高校多个校区成为普遍现象。本文深入研究了华南理工大学近10年来在多校区财务管理上的实践探索经验和成果,包括组织机构设置、财务系统管理、核算管理、预算管理、贷款管理,并对加强沟通、优化程序、共享资源等方面的工作思路进行了思考,以期为高校财务管理者提供参考。Because of the expanding of universities, multi - campuses become normal. This paper, summarizes and researches the achievements of multi - campus financial management in South China University of Technology in the last 10 years in these respects： organization, financial system, accounting, budget, loan and so on. Finally, it points out that strengthening communication between different campuses, optimizing procedures, and sharing re- source in university town can optimize multi - campus financial management.
