摘　　要：本文针对高职院校就业指导课程建设中存在的问题,优化改革就业指导课程内容及形式,构建分年级全程化就业指导课程体系,提高了就业指导服务的针对性和实效性,促进了高职院校培养技术技能型人才,提高学生职业核心竞争力这一人才培养目标的实现。In view of problems on the construction of employment guidance curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges, this article suggests improvement of the content and form of employment guidance courses by constructing the whole -process employment guidance course grade system, to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of employment guidance services, to promote the cultivation of high quality technical talents in higher vocational colleges thus to improve the core competitiveness of students.
