间歇性外斜视远方随机点立体视与同时视的检测分析

摘　　要：目的评价同视机同时视和单屏显示计算机随机点立体视检测系统对间歇性外斜视远方双眼视觉的检测效果。方法对30名正常人和94例间歇性外斜视病人,用同视机检查同时视,单屏显示计算机随机点立体视检测系统检测远方随机点立体视。检查结果记录有和无。将94例间歇性外斜视从年龄,近方立体视和远近方斜视度分组进行两种检查方法的结果比较。结果 30例正常人,两种检查方法检出率为100%。94例间歇性外斜视具有同视机同时视为(39/94)41.48%,SMDST(58/94)61.70%,正常对照组和间歇性外斜视两种检查方法检出率的差异(P<0.01)有统计学意义。两种检查方法检出率的差异更明显(P<0.001)。≤8岁和>8岁两组的同视机同时视检出率没有差别(P=0.126),SMDST有差异(P=0.005)。近方立体视<200″和≥200″两组的同视机同时视检出率没有差别(P=0.304),SMDST有明显差异(P=0.001)。近方斜视度<40△和≥40△两组的同视机同时视检出率没有差别(P=0.183),SMDST没有差别(P=0.822)。远方斜视度<40△和≥40△两组的同视机同时视检出率没有差别(P=0.053),SMDST没有差别(P=0.083)。结论评价间歇性外斜视远方双眼视觉要考虑检测的方法,单屏显示计算机随机点立体视检测系统(single monitor distance stereopsis test SMDST)是间歇性外斜视远方立体视检出率较高的方法。Objective Measurement of distance stereoacuity may be useful in assessing strabismic patients, especially those with intermittent exotropia. We made an assessment of simultaneous perception tested by synop-tophore, and single monitor distance stereopsis test （SMDST） for distance stereoacuity in person. Methods We administered two tests to 30 normal volunteers （4 - 30 years of age） and 94 intermittent exotropia patients （4 - 33 years of age）. Patients were divided into two groups in according to age, the near stereoacuity and angle. Results Among normal volunteers the detection rates of two different methods were both 100%. Among strabismic patients, 41.48% had simultaneous perception tested by synoptophore compared with 61.7% tested by SMDST. The distance stereoacuity tested by SMDST was different in two age groups and in two near stereoacuity groups; neither of two strabismus magni- tude grdoups at near nad distance. Conclusions The SMDST is a sensitive measurement of distance stereoacuity that may be useful in monitoring progression of strabismus and/or recovery following strabismus surgery.
