胃黏液癌中RAB5A的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨RAB5A蛋白在胃黏液癌中的表达以及在胃黏液癌发展过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测60例胃黏液癌组织中RAB5A蛋白的表达。结果 RAB5A蛋白在胃黏液癌组织中的表达与与肿瘤浸润深度、组织类型、临床分期及淋巴结转移有显著相关性;RAB5A蛋白在胃黏液癌组织中的表达呈正相关。结论 RAB5A蛋白在胃黏液癌的演进过程中可能具有一定协同作用。Objective To investigate the expression of RABSA protein in human gastric carcinoma and the ettects on development ot gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of RABSA protein was examined by immunohistochemical staining method in 60 cases with gastric carcinoma tissues. Results The expression rate of RABSA protein in paraffin-embedded gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly associated with invasion depth,histological type,clinical stage and lymph node metastases. Conclusion The expressions of RAB5A have synergistic actions in proceeding of gastric carcinoma.
