角膜后弹力层脱离30例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨引起角膜后弹力层脱离的原因,提出处理方法及预防方法。方法:回顾性分析30例30眼角膜后弹力层脱离患者,行前房注气术,术后随访6mo,观察角膜透明度及视力等情况。结果:白内障及青光眼术后是引起角膜后弹力层脱离的常见原因,前房注气后30例患者中25例视力明显改善,27例角膜恢复透明。结论:角膜后弹力层脱离对角膜影响较大,应及时处理,否则易造成角膜持续性损伤。AIM： To investigate the causes of descemet membrane detachment, and put forward the treatment and prevention methods. METHODS： A retrospective analysis of 30 cases （30 eyes ） with decement membrane detachment was investigated. Gas tamponade in anterior chamber was performed, after 6 months of follow-up, the corneal transparency and visual acuity were observed. RESULTS： Cataract and glaucoma were common causes of decement membrane and detachment, 25 of the 30 cases had vision improved obviously after gas infusion in anterior chamber, 27 patients with recovery of corneal transparency. CONCLUSION. The decement membrane detachment has great effect on cornea, it should be promptly dealt with, otherwise it can easily cause corneal persistent injury.
