摘　　要：在分析生产性实习实训基地建设背景与重要性的基础上,以湖南交通职业技术学院物流管理专业实训基地为例,介绍了基地体制建设思路及内容,硬件及师资建设方式等,并对实训基地实践教学体系的建设要求与措施进行了说明,对生产性物流实习实训基地建设提出借鉴。In this paper, in the case of the practical training base of the logistics management specialty of Hunan Vocational ＆ Technology College of Communications, we introduced the line of thought, content, hardware and teaching resources of the base, explained the requirement and measures for the implementation of practical teaching at the base and provided reference for the construction of productive logistics practical training bases.
