摘 要:目的研究大鼠癫痫后PSA-NCAM+细胞在海马区的数量,比较普通癫痫、难治性癫痫中PSA-NCAM+细胞的变化。方法匹罗卡品致癫痫的大鼠分为普通癫痫组、非耐药组、难治性癫痫组。行疫组化后观察PSA-NCAM+细胞。结果 PSA-NCAM+细胞在普通癫痫组明显增多,成簇分布,难治性癫痫组较少,但较对照组多。结论新生细胞在大鼠癫痫后增多,新生细胞迁移并参与病理过程,难治性癫痫新生细胞明显减少。Objective To study the number of the PSA-NCAM + cells and its disposition and the axonal changes in the ordinary epilepsy group,non-resistant group,intractable epilepsy group and the controls by immunofluorescence,and compare each of them. To study the proliferation of newborn neurons after seizures. Methods The pilocarpine-induced epilepticus adult rats were divided into ordinary epilepsy group,intractable epilepsy group,the hippocampus were used to make frozen section,then fluorescein stained. The PSA-NCAM + cells were observed under the microscope in order to get the message of the PSA-NCAM + cells number and disposition. Results PSA-NCAM + cells of the ordinary epilepsy group inceased dramatically. In the intractable epilepsy group the number of PSA-NCAM + cells is small compared with the others,but it is larger than that of the control. Conclusion Newborn neurons of pilocarpine-induced epilepsy increased in adult rats. The newborn neurons immigrated and participated in the pathological changes,during the long term of the epilepsy neurogenesis decreased,newborn neurons of the intractable epilepsy decreased dramatically.
