摘　　要：近年来,大学毕业生人数逐年增加,就业形势十分严峻,大学生就业问题成了社会各界关注的焦点。各地高校急于解决毕业生就业问题的同时,有可能忽略或者没有充分挖掘现有的可利用资源。文章梳理了高校现有的各种社会资源,并对如何充分挖掘社会资源,扩大学生就业渠道提出了建议。In recent years, the number of university graduates has increased year by year, meanwhile the employment situation is very grim, and the employment of college students has become the focus of the society. Many universities eager to solve the employment problem of graduates, but they may ignore or cannot fully exploit the existing available resources. This paper reviewed the existing universities various social resources, and gave some suggestions on how to fully exploit the universities resources and expand employment channels.
