中日足球职业化管理体制对比研究

摘　　要：对中日足球职业化管理体制进行对比研究,为中国足球职业化管理体制改革提供参考。研究结果表明:日本足球职业化管理机构为"三元结构",管理核心机构是J联盟,足球协会行使监管J联盟职能。中国足球职业化管理核心机构是足球协会,管理结构为"二元"结构,缺少能代表职业足球俱乐部利益的职业联盟组织;同时存在职业化管理权力划分、权益归属不清晰,法规制度化管理制度没有有效建立等问题。This article studies the Japanese and Chinese professional football management systems.It may provide a reference for the Chinese football professional management system.The results show that the agency is ＂ternary structure＂of Japanese football professional management,and the core institution is the Japan Professional Football League（J League）.Japan Football Association supervises the J League.Chinese Football Association is the core institutions of the management structure,and the agency is＂dual＂structure,lack of representative organization of professional league.There are the problems of the professional management division of pow ers,unclear vesting and regulations institutionalization regime not effectively established.
