摘  要:目的:研究液相沉积纯钛表面纳米二氧化硅涂层对烤瓷修复体边缘适合性的影响。方法:用纯钛在统一规格的基牙预备代型上制作铸造基底冠28个,按照表面处理与否、烤瓷与否两因素两水平随机平分为4组,各组试件经过处理后用同一种粘结剂粘固于代型上,环氧树脂包埋后沿纵轴切开,测各组试件边缘间隙。结果:涂层烤瓷组边缘间隙(94.57±7.86μm)小于烤瓷组边缘间隙(109.13±11.28μm),其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),涂层组边缘间隙(81.43±6.49μm)与对照组边缘间隙(74.53±5.60μm)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过液相沉积处理可提高纯钛烤瓷修复体的边缘适合性。Objective: To investigate the effect of coating by Liquid-phase Deposition (LPD) technology on marginal fit of titanium-ceramic system. Methods: Twenty-eight aluminum alloy dies fabricated by machine with the identical standard were randomly divided into four groups according to different treatments. The coping crowns of commercial treaty titanium were obtained. All samples were cemented on their own respective dies with the same cement after treated. These crowns/dies assembly were cut along longitudinal axis after embedded in epoxide resin. The vertical marginal gaps of all samples were measured through stereo microscope. Results: The vertical marginal gaps of coating-veneered group (94,57+ 7.86txm) were obviously inferior to that of veneered group (109.13 + 11.281xm) (P〈 0.05), and there was no significant difference of the vertical marginal gaps between coating group (81.43+ 6.491xm) and control group(74.53+ 5.60trm) (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Coating prepared by LPD technology was proved to be remarkable in improving marginal fit of titanium-ceramic system.
