榄香烯注射液对中晚期食管癌放疗增敏的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨榄香烯注射液同步放化疗对中晚期食管癌的放疗增敏作用。方法:将80例不宜手术的中晚期食管癌患者,随机分为榄香烯放疗增敏组40例和单纯放疗组40例,两组患者接受放射治疗方案相同,即放疗采用模拟定位机下定位,6 MV的直线加速器,照射方法采用常规分割,5次/周,200 cGy/次,总剂量5 000～6 000 cGy。榄香烯放疗增敏组每日常规放疗前2 h予榄香烯200 mg加入5%葡萄糖溶液100 mL静脉滴注。结果:榄香烯放疗增敏组完全缓解率、稳定率及有效率分别为57.5%、5.0%、95.8%,单纯放疗组完全缓解率、稳定率及有效率分别为27.5%、12.5%、80.0%,两组患者近期疗效差异有统计学意义。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论:榄香烯作为增敏剂联合放疗治疗中晚期食管癌具有较好的疗效和较少的不良反应。Objective： To explore the radiosensitizing effect of elemene injection in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods： 80 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were randomized into radiosensitization group and simple-radiotherapy group.The patients in the radiosensitization group were treated with radiotherapy combined elemene injection,while those in the simple-radiotherapy group were received radiotherapy alone.All patients were received the same radiotherapy at 200 cGy per day to a total dose of 5 000-6 000 cGy with linear accelerator 6 MV X-ray under Simulation positioning machine.The patients of radiosensitization group were injected with elemene injection（200 mg elemene was dissolved in 5%glucose solution 100 mL） in subclavian vein before radiotherapy.Results： The effective power of radiosensitization group was 95.8%.The complete remission rate and stable rate of radiosensitization group were 57.5% and 5%.The effective power of simple-radiotherapy group was 80%.The complete remission rate and stable rate of radiosensitization group were 27.5% and 12.5%.The former was better than the latter and the difference was significant.The difference of side effect between two groups was not significant.Conclusion： Elemene injection may enhance the radiosensitizing effect in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer and not aggravate the side effect.
