摘 要:英国教育博士培养经过20多年的发展,通过不断修正、完善自身的培养方案,形成了符合本国国情的培养系统。专业博士学位教育既填补了传统哲学博士轻视实践的缺憾,又满足了在职专业人士进一步深造的渴望。学习和借鉴英国教育博士培养方式,对于我国科学合理地开展教育博士专业学位教育有重要的借鉴意义。For over twenty years, the Ed. D training in UK has formed its training model with its own distinguishing features. Not only does the Ed. D satisfies in-service professionals' expectation of getting further study , but also improves the quality of educational work at the same time, which makes the education of professional degree an irreplaceable part in practice. The Ed. D training in UK attaches importance to the training of ability to practice and encourages learners to study in practice; in order to carry out the professional degree education, the correlative curriculum system and modes of teaching have been set up. There is something we can draw from the British Ed. D system.
