摘 要:近年来气候异常,低温致小麦减产的问题引起了更多的关注。综述了低温对小麦器官叶片、分蘖、茎秆和穗形态的影响,分析了低温逆境条件下小麦生理生化过程的变化和低温损伤致死的生理原因,总结提出了冻害的预防和补救措施,为进一步深入开展小麦低温逆境生理及抗逆栽培研究提供理论依据。Climate abnormalities have always happened in recent years. More attention has been paid to wheat yield reduction due to low temperature. This article reviews the effects of cold injury on the morphological characteristics changing in wheat leaves, tillers, stems and ears, and analyzes physiological and biochemical changes in wheat and the reasons for death due to cold resistance. Meanwhile, the regulation measures are also summarized to minimize cold damage, which serve as the theoretical basis for future researches in stress physiology of low temperature injury and stress-resistance cultivation.
