金针菇新型栽培基质研究

摘　　要：为寻求中药渣这一有机废弃物的资源化利用途径,开展了利用鲜湿中药渣栽培金针菇的试验研究。结果表明:利用鲜湿中药渣栽培金针菇是完全可行的。与对照相比,中药渣栽培基质能显著降低基质的生产成本,基质净增产值达558元/t,且菇质大大改善。In order to explore the resource utilization way of organic waste, the herb residue is used to cultivate flammulina velutipes. The results indicate that it is entirely feasible that herb residue can be used to cultivate flammulina velutipes, and the cost of the substrates can be sig- nificantly reduced by using herb residue, compared with the control group. The net output of stroma is 558 per ton and the quality of flammulina velutipes has been greatly improved.
