摘　　要：随着高职教育的改革与发展,高职毕业生的就业问题日益突出。本文从高职生面临的就业形势入手,分析高职生就业面临的困难与优势,着重探讨通过就业指导来转变高职生就业观念的重要性和必要性。With the reform and development of higher vocational education, the employment problem of higher vocational college graduates has become increasingly prominent. Based on the analysis of the employment situations faced by vocational college students, the paper points out it is important and necessary to change the concept of employment of higher vocational college students through employment guidance.
