完善高校技术转移体系 推动区域经济发展

摘　　要：技术转移是国家自主创新体系的关键环节,高校作为知识创新的主体,是技术转移的重要基地,在国家技术创新体系和国家技术转移系统中发挥着重要作用。当前,完善技术转移体系,推动经济发展已成为地方高校的必然选择,但定位不准确、管理不科学、技术供给不足等因素,制约了高校技术转移优势的发挥。应从加大政府对高校的技术转移投入、完善高校技术转移法律体系、完善知识产权管理制度、促进技术转移中介发展等方面完善高校技术转移体系,推动区域经济发展。Technology transfer is a key link in the indigenous innovation of a nation. As the main body of knowledge innovation and an important base of technology transfer, colleges and universities play a very important role in the national technology innovation and transfer system. Nowadays, perfecting technology transfer system and promoting global economic development have become an inevitable choice for local colleges and universities. However, certain factors are restricting the advantages of their technology transfer, such as inaccurate orientation, poor management, and insufficient technology supply. In order to perfect the technology transfer system and promote regional economic development, we should take the following countermeasures for our colleges and universities： increasing the technology transfer input from the government, perfecting the legal system for technology transfer and the management system for intellectual properties, as well as encouraging the development of technology transfer intermediaries.
