摘　　要：采用Mastercam X一体化软件,以可乐瓶底电极模为例,研究了从造型设计、实体建模、编制工艺、虚拟制造、数控加工刀具轨迹仿真、代码生成,并将自动生成的数控程序传输给数控机床的全面解决方案。应用该软件缩短了模具的设计、改型、制造周期,提高了模具加工精度。In this paper,using Mastercam X,the coke bottle bottom electrode mould as an example,From design,solid modeling,preparation technology,virtual manufacturing,NC machining tool path simulation,code generation and the NC program transmission automatically generated for a comprehensive solution of CNC machine tools,ln order to shorten the die design,modification,manufacturing cycle,improving the processing precision mould.
