摘　　要：分析了涂装用磷化膜锈蚀的原因,指出工艺流程设计不合理、工装不合理、磷化液配比不合理、现场操作混乱、工艺用水不合格等都可能导致磷化膜发生锈蚀。为了获得良好的磷化膜,合理的生产线设计、规范的现场操作、使用质量上乘的前处理药剂等是关键。针对磷化膜锈蚀的不同原因,提出了不同的解决办法和预防措施。The cause of the corrosion coating phosphate coating was analyzed, and factors which could lead to the corrosion on phosphating film such as the unreasonable process design, unreasonable frock, the unreasonable phosphating solution ratio and process water, and the chaos field operation were pointed out. In order to get favourable phosphating film, reasonable production line design, specification of site operations and superior quality pre-treatment chemicals were the key to quality. Different solutions and preventive measures were proposed according to different corrosion reasons of phosphate coating.
