摘　　要：[目的]分析2009年中国肿瘤登记地区前列腺癌发病和死亡情况。[方法]根据2009年中国72个肿瘤登记地区的发病和死亡资料，统计和分析前列腺癌发病率和死亡率及其构成、中国人E1标化率f中标率）、世界人1：3标化率f世标率）、发病及死亡顺位、年龄别发病率和死亡率等指标。2003～2009年发病率和死亡率变化趋势采用年度变化百分比（APC）估计。[结果]2009年中国前列腺癌发病率、中标率和世标率分别为9．92／10万，4．34／10万，6．25／10万；死亡率、中标率和世标率分别为4．19／10万，1．58／10万，2．58／10万。前列腺癌分别占全部癌症发病和死亡构成的3．12％和1．87％，发病和死亡顺位分别为第6位和第9位。2003～2009年中国前列腺癌发病率和死亡率均呈明显上升趋势，APC分别为7．96％（P〈0．05）和8．67％（P〈0．05）。[结论]中国前列腺癌发病和死亡均呈明显上升态势．应加强相关防治研究工作。[Purposel To analyze the incidence and mortality of prostate cancer in China cancer registration areas in 2009. [ Methods ] Data from 72 cancer registries in 2009 in China were collect- ed. Crude incidence ,crude mortality, age-specific incidence, age-specific mortality ,age-standardized incidence, age-standardized mortality, rank of incidence cause and rank of death cause were calcu- lated, respectively. Trend of incidence and mortality of prostate cancer between 2003 and 2009 was estimated by annual percentage change（APC）.[Resuhsl In 2009,the crude incidence of prostate cancer in China was 9.92/105, age-standardized incidence by Chinese population was 4.34/105 and by world population was 6.25/105. The crude mortality was 4.19/105, age-standardized mortality by Chinese population was 1.58/105 and by world population was 2.58/105. Prostate cancer ac- counted for 3.12% and 1.87% of total cancer incidence and mortality,and ranked the 6th and 9th, respectively. The incidence and mortality of prostate cancer increased rapidly from 2003 to 2009, APC was 7.96%（P〈0.05） and 8.67%（P〈0.05）,respectively. [Conclusionl Incidence and mortality of prostate cancer in China have been significantly increased. Prevention and control strategies for prostate cancer should be strengthened.
