摘 要:目的研究祛痘乳剂的制备工艺并对其质量进行评价。方法以水杨酸为模型药物,采用β-环糊精包合技术,优化水杨酸包合物的制备工艺,将水杨酸包合物与乳剂混匀,制备得祛痘乳剂。并对祛痘乳剂进行质量评价。结果水杨酸包合物的最佳制备工艺:包合时间为2 h,包合比为2:1。所得的包合物收率为67.22%,载药量为13.80%,包封率为46.38%。乳剂中水杨酸的含量为2.0%。结论优化的β-环糊精包合物工艺简单,制得祛痘乳剂细腻、光滑、稳定性好,质量可靠,含量测定简单易行。Objective To study the preparation and quality assessment of anti-acne emulsion.Methods Anti-acne emulsion was prepared by β-cyclodextrin inclusion technology,whose process was optimized by orthogonal design test and used salicylic acid as a model drug.Then salicylic acid-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was well –mixed with emulsion in a vessel.Results The optimal inclusion complex conditions were identified as follows:the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to salicylic was 2 :1,the embedded time was 2 h.The yield,the efficiency,and the load drug of inclusion complex were 67.22%,46.38%,13.80%,respectively.The content of salicylic acid in the emulsion was 2.0%.Conclusion Salicylic acid-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex process is simple.Anti-acne emulsion is smooth,steady and credible.The determination of content is simple and easy.
