血清IL-2、IL-6和IL-8在克罗恩病早期诊断中的意义

摘　　要：目的观察克罗恩病患者中血清中IL-2、IL-6及IL-8的含量,探讨这三种炎性因子在该病诊断中所起的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)检测22例已明确诊断为克罗恩病患者和35例体检健康者的血清标本,分析炎性因子IL-2、IL-6及IL-8的含量变化,比较这三种炎性因子在克罗恩病患者和健康者的差异。结果与正常组相比,克罗恩病患者血清中IL-2的含量明显降低;而IL-6和IL-8的含量明显升高。结论克罗恩病患者存在严重的细胞免疫功能紊乱;IL-2的含量明显降低,而IL-6和IL-8的含量明显升高。测定炎症因子的变化可以为克罗恩病的诊断提供一定的依据。Objective To investigate the difference of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 in the serum from Crohns disease patients and provide diagnosis for this kind of disease. Methods IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 levels in serum were measured with ELISA in 22 patients dignosed as Crohns disease and 35 normal persons. Results The levels of IL-2 were much lower in patients with Crohns disease than those in healthy persons. However, levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly higher in Crohns disease patients. Conclusion Severe disorders exist in Crohns disease： IL-2 decreased obviously, but IL-6 and IL-8 increased significantly. The change of cytokine provide new proof for Crohns disease diagnosis.
