摘　　要：目的评价超声引导下经皮肝穿刺置管在细菌性肝脓肿治疗效果。方法对收治本科35例行超声引导下置管治疗的细菌性肝脓肿患者进行回顾性析。结果 35例患者均在超声引导下穿刺置管成功,经对症置管、抗炎冲洗治疗,患者全部治愈,无临床并发症,术后住院时间5～30d(平均13.6天)。结论经皮肝穿刺置管治疗细菌性肝脓肿,具有患者创伤小、成功率高,操作简便、经济、并发症少等特点,临床有推广应用价值。Objective To evaluate ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic catheter effects in the treatment of bacterial liver abscess. Methods 35 cases admitted to our department ultrasound guided catheter tube retrospective analysis of the treatment of bacterial liver abscess patients. Results 35 patients were in the ultrasound-guided cannulation success symptomatic anti-inflammatory rinse treatment, the patients were discharged without clinical complications, postoperative hospital stay was 5 to 30 days, with an average of 13.6 days. Conclusion The treatment of bacterial liver abscess after percutaneous transhepatic catheter with a small patient trauma cannulation success rate, ease of operation, economy, fewer complications and other characteristics, clinical application value.
