院校合作下高职护理教育“双师型”师资队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：文章分析了目前国内职业教育"双师型"教师队伍现状及存在的问题,借鉴国外对"双师型"教师先进的培养理念,阐述了高职护理教育"双师型"教师的培养一定要与医院密切合作的重要性,并提出了对院校合作下高职护理教育"双师型"师资队伍建设的思考与建议。The construction of pipeline talents of Dual - qualified Teachers for higher vocational nursing education is an important component part for training qualified nursing professionals. This article analyzed the current situation of talent pool of Dual - qualified Teachers in China＇s vocational education, scrutinized the existing problems. With drawing on the advanced concepts abroad on the training of Dual - qualified？ Teachers, the article stated the importance of the close cooperation with hospitals in the training of Dual - qualified？ Teachers for higher vocational nursing education. Thoughts and recommendations are made for the construction of pipeline talents of Dual - qualified Teachers for higher vocational nursing education under the theme of hospital - college cooperation.
