摘 要:针对舰船装备海上维修的特点,结合层次分析法和目标规划法,建立了一种以安全性风险、可用度和维修费用为准则,以基于时间的维修、基于状态的维修和事后维修为可选策略的维修决策模型。在运用层次分析确定权重的过程中,结合采用专家打分的方法,充分利用了修理人员和舰员的经验知识。实例计算表明:该模型可行有效。To ensure the security, reliability and efficiency of vessel equipment, a maintenance deci- sion model is established according to the characteristics of the maintenance of vessel equipment at seaand in combination of analytic hierarchy process and goal programming. And meanwhile, the model is based on security against risk, availability and cost which are used as the criteria for maintenance se- lection. The maintenance policies are time-based maintenance, condition-based maintenance and cor- rective maintenance. Moreover, the model can combine expert appraisal with AHP method to deter- mine weight, including making the best of experience and knowledge of repairmen and crewmen. The calculated result of an example shows that the model is feasible and effective.
