摘　　要：为了培养高素质软件人才,满足市场对软件技术专业人才的需求,进一步打造学生的专业能力、实践能力、职业能力,以CDIO的教育理念为指导,在CDIO工程教育模式下高职软件人才培养模式的改革与实践,构建工作过程化的课程体系,设计项目模块化的教学内容以及设立多元化的评价体系,为高职软件人才培养模式的改革提供了新的思路。In order to develop high quality software talents, meet the market demand for talent of software technology specialty, with the CDIO education philosophy as a guide, this paper focuses on how to further build students＂ professional ability, practical ability, professional competence, discussed with CDIO educational philosophy as a guide, the CDIO engineering education mode vocational software talents training mode reform and practice recommendations on building the working process of the curriculum, teaching contents modular design projects and the establishment of a diversified evaluation system, but also provides a new way of thinking for the vocational software training model.
