摘　　要：基于对当前国内外电子政务发展平台和西藏电子政务现状的分析,提出西藏电子政务在信息安全方面存在的问题,并详细分析了这些因素存在的根源。阐述了通过整合资源和利用计算机网络信息安全技术等,建立高效、透明、公平、规范的西藏电子政务服务体系。Based on an analysis on the development stage of e-government domestically and overseas and the current situation of e-government in Tibet, the existing problems in information security of e-government in Tibet are introduced and the cause of the problems are analyzed in detail. It is illustrated in this paper how to build a highly efficient, transparent, fair, standardized service system of e-government in Tibet through integrating resources and utilizing the computer network information security technology.
