摘　　要：目的探讨增强自我效能干预对胃食管反流病患者中的疗效和生命质量影响。方法将2010年1月到2012年2月在我科病人筛查出的符合GERD诊断标准的75例患者随机分为对照组和干预组,其中干预组为37例,对照组为38例,对照组采用药物治疗和常规护理措施;干预组采用药物治疗和增强自我效能的护理干预方法。比较两组患者干预前后自我效能、疗效以及生命质量的差异。结果两组患者干预前后自我效能、疗效以及生命质量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论增强胃食管反流病患者的自我效能干预,可提高患者处理解决问题、完成目标和应付事情的自信心,提高胃食管反流病的治疗疗效以及提高患者生活质量。Objective To discuss the influence of self-efficacy intervention on therapeutic effect and life quality of esophageal reflux disease patients.Methods From July 2008 to February 2012,75 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients were randomly divided into control group and intervene group,the control group accepted routine nursing intervention and drug treatment,while the intervention accepted self-efficacy intervention and drug treatment.Observed patients in therapeutic effect and life quality difference after intervention.Results There were significant differences in Self-efficacy,therapeutic effect and life quality between the control group and intervention group.Conclusions Self-efficacy intervention can effectively improve life quality of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients.Increasing the self efficacy of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients may improve their ability to solve the problem,to achieve targets and cope with things selfconfidence.
