摘 要:在彩色印刷过程中,为了保证印刷质量,需要随机、实时对印品进行颜色特征的检测。本研究针对人工目测法、密度检测法、叠印率法及相对反差法等无法满足当前对印品检测精度的要求,提出了基于复频谱颜色特征数值检测并调整印刷颜色的方法。该方法采用复频谱光谱仪测量颜色的复频谱特征数值,再基于检测到的数值,用亮度值调控供墨量,用二次色相值调控色相偏差,用CMY三色叠印的灰度及色彩强度调控灰平衡,用综合亮度值与网点面积率之间的线性关系综合调整画面全阶调。本方法采用的复频谱特征数值反映颜色的物理性能,与人的视觉心理无关,因此该方法客观、可靠、可重复。In the color printing process, in order to ensure print quality, the color properties of the product need to be real - time detected. The method using the complex frequency spectrum color characteristic values was proposed to detect the printing color values in this study. The color of the complex frequency spectral characteristics was measured using the complex frequency spectrum spectrometer. Based on the complex frequency spectrum values, the amount of ink was adjusted with the luminance value, the hue deviation was adjusted with secondary hue value, the gray balance was adjusted with the grayscale and color intensity which was overprinted by CMY three - color, and the picture tone was adjusted with the linear relationship of integrated brightness value and dot area value. The complex frequency spectral characteristics reflected the physical properties of the color, and has nothing to do with the human visual psychology, so the method is objective, repeatable and reliable.
